This commit adds basic metrics for tracking current and future plugin versions. Including this will give us access to a collection of anonymous stats that we can use to help guide plugin development and track utilization.

Tracked stats will be refined over time. Current stats tracked are the default ones provided by bStats and the database type users are using for the plugin (as defined by the plugin configuration).
