Alt MvLo 1.0.0 release

This mod contains new maps as well as alternate maps, same themes as the levels seen in MvLo.

Current list of levels:
Field, Cave, Castle, Tubes, Snow, Forest, Clouds, Lava, Extra, Sand, Beach, Airship, Mountains.

AMvsL 0.3.0

Last beta-test build before "completion".
ADDED: All "Alternate" stages are finished, some have received changes such as a complete makeover for "Cave", slight changes to "Castle".
Also added are two entirely new stages: Beach and Airship.
Luigi has been replaced with Wega.

No more desyncs + slight map changes (Underground will likely be changed entirely later, same for Castle)
