Pulls in go-openaudio#329, which promotes the entity-manager success path from a Debug "tx indexed" line to an Info "entity manager indexed" line carrying entity_type, action, entity_id, user_id, and block. This gives the api ETL indexer a per-row success signal in production, mirroring the existing validation-rejected / dispatch-error logs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
