Fix remix contest flair stacking

Summary

• Keep track flair badges above Harmony Image layers by giving the flair wrapper an explicit z-index
• Fixes remix contest badges appearing behind track artwork on the desktop track page

Verification

• Attempted npm run stylelint -w @audius/web, but this environment has no npm/Node runtime on PATH
