fix(web): match Recent Comments tile background to Related Artists#14408

The Recent Comments sidebar tile rendered with `backgroundColor='surface1'` (secondary surface gray), while the Related Artists tile next to it uses `backgroundColor='white'` via ProfilePictureListTile's Paper. The mismatch made the column visually inconsistent. Switch Recent Comments to `white` so both tiles share the lighter background. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
