To run this program:

1. Download all of the contents
2. In the build folder, open Git Bash
3. Type cmake ..
4. Once completed, open Roulette.sln
5. Right click on "Roulette" in the file that has been opened, and click "Build". This will build the solution.
6. You can now run the program within Visual Studio, or run the executable .exe file that has been created in the "bin" folder.
