2 x i7, 8GB, 8 core, Ubuntu 16.04 systems
System 1: Gitlab, MS, LB, 10 EN's
System 2: 90 EN's

Current Problem
Lab end period experiences a very heavy load where almost all the nodes are in use. This means on the above mentioned system, we have 90 EN's running, 90 JVM's running in parallel. As observed, 100 % CPU usage and 80 % Memory usage, average Load(average sum of the number of processes waiting in the run-queue plus the number currently executing) goes up to 250.
