Finish table, list, and grid layouts

Goal

Bring the existing table, list, and grid layouts to a reliable baseline for everyday collections.

Scope

• For table, list, and grid, respect the active view's visible fields, sort, filter, pagination, and styling.
• Surface row actions consistently across the three layouts.
• Persist layout-specific settings across reloads, including table column widths/order and grid card preview field.
• Shared empty, loading, invalid-collection, and query-error states across all three layouts.

Out of scope

• Inline cell editing.
• Board, calendar, gallery, timeline, and chart layouts.
