Adding the stuff i added, i feel like these messages lac pizazz without a little extra hello, only because I'm copying lots of content and splitting it into pages, maybe this is redundant but the wiki is always the first place i look so thats my reasoning

Added the changelog page, put my note in a blockquote to delete when done, added semi-sensible sections, need coffee brb
