What

  • Update the merge reliability matrix to cite the current v0.1.17 release evidence.
  • Remove stale wording that still listed plugin logical identities as missing after the validator evidence work landed.
  • Rename the audit evidence column from PR-specific wording to trunk evidence.

Why

v0.1.17 is now the release that proves the Apple Silicon production bundle gate and includes the latest plugin validator logical-identity coverage. The reliability matrix should match the actual release and trunk state before the next slice of merge work starts.
