What it does
Expands the focused
make test-cow-stale-auditgate with source-drift revalidation cases for both cell and row conflicts.The test now verifies:

The fast stale-audit gate covered target drift and guarded resolution, while source drift lived in the broader merge suite. This gives us seconds-scale local coverage for the re-audit workflow when the reviewed source itself changes.
