Without this tweak, the plugin has not effect on images that have set the "srcset" attribute. When given a "srcset" attribute, the browser requests at initial page load the necessary image, according to the screen size.
By setting the "srcset" in a similar lazy manner, the images are loaded only upon entering the viewport.
