Proposed Changes

  • Update all @wp-playground/* and @php-wasm/* dependencies from 3.1.3 to 3.1.4
  • Update patch file for @wp-playground/wordpress to match new version

Testing Instructions

  • Verify npm install completes without warnings
  • Verify npm test passes
  • Create and start a local site to confirm Playground still works correctly

- Cherry-pick of #2702 (merged into `release/1.7.5`)
- Update all `@wp-playground/*` and `@php-wasm/*` dependencies from 3.1.3 to 3.1.4
- Update patch file for `@wp-playground/wordpress` to match new version
