Build PHP CLI BinariesGitHub Actions workflow to also build PHP binaries for Linux. This is the first green build. I've verified the built binary on my Ubuntu arm64 VM.upload_to_apps_cdncontrol in favor of anapps_cdn_visibility: noneoption.Testing Instructions
I'll trigger the build manually and verify that it runs on Linux.
