Transaction breakdown block on the Payments details page

Testing instructions (taken from the pull request):

• New component should be visible for the captured transactions on the payment details page, between the timeline and payment method summary at the bottom.
• Check that fonts, colors, padding match the reference.
• Check that the conversion rate is the same as in the timeline and is correct.
• Check that fee information is correct and matches information in the timeline.
• Verify that amounts are correct.

Tip

If merchant has some initiatives applied, which can be seen in the WooPayments > Overview, then check that discounted fee rates are indicated as such, prefixed by the (discounted) after the fee name.
