Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the map_meta_cap method to conditionally block editing of federated comments, aiming to allow quick links on the comment list admin screen.
- Restricts the
do_not_allowcapability addition to non-admins and the admin comment list screen. - Wraps the original block logic in a more specific admin/screen check.
