We initially re-exported everything during the prototype just to quickly re-iterate and then I kind of mindless copied that implementation while working on
/users&/plugins.We should only re-export types that we want to make available at the top level. For now, I've only re-exported a few types from
api_errormodule mainly because that module will get re-worked and I want to stop re-exporting when we use the new name.
