Reader: Clicking WPCOM header logo re-renders with a different header nav

Context and steps to reproduce

This issue was reported in pe7F0s-1cn-p2#comment-1494. Clicking the WordPress.com logo in the header of the logged-out https://wordpress.com/discover page renders the same page but with a different header nav.

Expectation: I expect clicking the logo will take me to the LOHP.

The issue also exists in https://wordpress.com/tags and https://wordpress.com/reader/search

I can see the issue on the WordPress.com site, but I'm not sure how this is related to the Reader.

Could you also share a recording of the issue happening on Reader please?
