Description
Context and steps to reproduce
While trying to create a new site using the "Use a domain I own" button, I am taken to a page where I see the "Purchase a plan" button. Clicking on the button does not do anything, and throws a console error.

Please note that I only saw the "Purchase a plan" button once. Every other time I tried to reproduce this, I was always taken to a page that had the "Select" button, which redirected me to a page to choose a plan for my website, and allowed me to go ahead and purchase it.

The only time the "Purchase a plan" button was displayed was the first time I tried to create a new site using a domain. Here are the steps I followed:
- Link - https://wordpress.com/sites. Click on "Add new site", and choose WordPress.com.
- Click on "Use a domain I own".
- Enter a domain name, and click on "Continue".
- Click on "Purchase a plan". Nothing happens after that.
