Context and steps to reproduce

Go to WordPress.com on a mobile browser, and navigate to your Sites list.

Before:

Several 'Screen Options' had to be removed before the site list was operational and clear.

Fewer than 20% of the total website/platform users

Click on 'Screen Options' and remove at least 5 of the 7 options.

The responsiveness issue in wp-admin has been looked into here: #98953

So, hopefully, this will be improved in WP 6.9 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/52151 as per Dean's last comment here.

I also know there's a discussion on removing the My Blogs section here: https://github.com/Automattic/dotcom-forge/issues/5864

For now I'm going to close this, but if it becomes relevant again, please open it.
