Update copy on DIFM page

Problem

The language on the DIFM page can do with some improvements:

• Let's remove the astericks

• No Thanks, I’ll Build It needs to be sentence case > No thanks, I'll build it

• If I have a premium plan or higher, there's no need to mention it in the subtitle.

I didn't encounter this problem. For me, it works as you described. I've tested using m1r0premium.wordpress.com and m1r0simple.wordpress.com. I think the issue here is that the site you're testing (aaaaa679.wordpress.com) was purchased using the store test mode (PCYsg-IA-p2), and the database calls were done against production, so the site purchase plan was never found.
