Update DIFM page screen summary

Problem

The payment summary on the DIFM pages screen can use some tweaking:

• The word Total can be vertically aligned to the top of the price
• The spacing between the total and the other prices can be reduced
• The right aligned money-back guarantee and subsequent border under it make it feel really busy
• The label Total can be replaced with Subtotal and we can drop the *

• The size of the total can be bumped up to feel a little more prominent
