Replace help center with odie chat on domain transfer screen

Problem

When you want to use a domain you own, we present you with an option to contact us if you need help:

Clicking happy to help you, opens the generic help center — not very helpful:

Those docs aren't even contextualized.

We should consider going straight to odie chat:

Maybe even better, we seed a question for odie to initiate the chat:

1. Go to one of your sites
2. Visit Upgrades > Domains
3. Click the arrow on add new
4. Click use a domain I own
5. Enter blog.ted.com

I believe it would be great to add this functionality to Odie! cc @sirin.odrowski, as this approach could also help in Big Sky

I realize this makes an assumption of what the person is looking for so ideally, we can find a way to can the response so we can display it quickly.

For now I made it so that Odie shows (here). We'll maybe try to tackle passing info to Odie directly in the future as we could use that in other projects.
