Fix internal links for Odie chat

Problem

When I ask Odie "I would like to use a domain I own. What's the difference between transferring a domain and connecting a domain?", it offers me a link to learn more in the chat:

The link opens in a new window. In the same chat, if I select a related resource, it opens it in the help center:

and when I press back, it goes back to the chat! Can we update Odie so that all links open in the help center with the option of going back to the chat that initiated it?
