Fix Odie chat scroll

Problem

When I open an existing odie chat, I'm taken to a random spot of the chat:

Can we take people to the bottom of the chat:

Without the extra scroll too.

Where

1. Start an odie chat.
2. Ask it a question.
3. Close the chat.
4. Open it again.
