The recommended resources for the payments screen can use some tweaking:

Update the list to match this:

• Managing purchases
• View Your Receipts and Purchase History
• Payment Methods on WordPress.com
• Refund a Purchase
• Tax on WordPress.com

Please make sure to make these updates across the Active upgrade, Billing History, and Payment Method tabs for simple + atomic wp-admin, calypso, and the account level purchase screens too.
