memory issues #1
Description
I have a large set of contigs that I am trying to polish with short and long reads. The cluster I am running MetaCONNET on has plenty of RAM but I have limited disc space. My runs fail because I run out of storage. I think this is because MetaCONNET retains *.sam files generated from minimap2. Since those files are immediately converted to *.bam files, would you consider adding an option to delete these big files during the run?
