Working with branches
The principle of working on projects will be to each user create its own branch and there work inside their own folder; naming based on first letter of combination name+surname.
Steps:
Once inside the git terminal inside the proper repository, e.g. 19_project_kf
Execute the command git checkout *naming convention*, e.g. git checkout AB
Work as usual on git
3.1. Create your code folder using the naming convention; dataset/personal foder/code here
e.g. 001_plant_seeding/AB/
3.2. Work on this directory
3.3. Do Not upload on the git
- data files
- model / model_weights
- temporary files
Just upload .py or .ipnb
Once work is over, open a new pull request, on GitHub
Wait for merge approval
Congratulations! You just had your code consolidated into the master branch
