quickshell and wallpaper animated separated

Hi there! First off, I'm running NixOS.
I've been trying to get my wallpaper to pause when I'm in Hyprland's fullscreen mode ( 0 and 1). However, since the video and the bar are both handled by Quickshell, killing the video process also kills the bar.
I've tried various ways to make it pause (my PC isn't very powerful), so I'm wondering if there's a way to separate the processes or if the shell itself could include an option to configure this. The wallpaper really consumes a lot of resources, and I need to optimize things for gaming.
