feat: convert to server components, add ISR, update docs

Convert HeadScripts, BodyScripts, and Stylesheets (renamed from RenderStylesheets) to React Server Components using next/script. HeadScripts uses beforeInteractive strategy, BodyScripts uses afterInteractive. Remove client-side ScriptLoader and dependency sorting — ordering is now handled server-side by WordPress.

Add static generation to the example app: generateStaticParams for WordPress pages and products, ISR with revalidate=3600 for shop and product pages. Split asset fetching into cacheable structure query and always-fresh inline data query for two-tier caching.

Fix e2e checkout test to wait for Stripe iframe before filling form fields (networkidle never fires due to Stripe/WC polling). Update Lighthouse config for production build.

Update all documentation to reflect the new server component architecture, renamed components, and updated import paths.
