now users can set production or development env in config file to handle project functionalities better that past.
now AxonCore handle plugins better than past based on environment modes.

plugin system and core config system updated.
now core supports environment mode to handle state of project.
and also plugins has 3 modes
core automatically active each plugin based on it's mode and currently environment mode.
