- Add unified 'Register Form(s)' setting that works for both lightbox and normal registration forms - Add 'User Type Selector Style' setting with Button Groups and Select Field options - Implement select dropdown display option for sites with many user types - Update JavaScript to handle both button and select field interactions - Apply to both normal registration pages and lightbox modals

This PR adds a unified user type selector that works for both lightbox and normal registration forms, with configurable display styles to accommodate sites with many user types.
