Previously the per-token dedup loop collapsed two
'//!-framework Foo' directives into '-framework Foo Bar', orphaning
the second framework name and causing ld to treat it as an input file
('path=AppKit in AppKit'). dedupLinkerFlags now keeps -framework /
-Xlinker / -rpath and similar flag-with-value pairs together.
