Prover node should allow both p2p and http tx retrieval

In order to increase the likelihood of the prover node successfully proving an epoch, it should be able to utilise any/all methods of tx retrieval. Currently, configuration is either p2p or querying a node. Ideally we want to be able to configure and use both.
