The refactor that moved this throw into the utility oracle handler reworded it to 'Nullifier witness not found for nullifier ... at block hash ...', which no longer matches the should_fail_with expectations in the aztec-nr history::nullifier tests and test_contract deployment_proofs (they expect 'Nullifier membership witness not found at block'). Restore the prior wording.
