## Summary Renames `ExtendedDirectionalAppTaggingSecret` to `AppTaggingSecret`, including the source file, exports, call sites, tests, and generated API references. This prepares for #23359 to make `AppTaggingSecret` the single concrete tagging secret type with a `kind` discriminator.
