Request to the github discussion admins: It would be helpful if -- for each github discussion topic -- we include a label to say when an accompanying AZIP has been created for the topic. Also, it would be helpful if the admin could edit the original post to include a link at the very top to link to the AZIP PR, and adjust the title to include the AZIP number, once it is known (I believe editors are able to modify posts in this way)
