Deploy on WAF aligned AKS landing zone

Current Behavior
Today only a non production deployment is available for demo purposes on ACA

Acceptance Criteria

• AKS - WAF aligned infrastructure is used to host the solution
• AZD is used to orchestrate deployment
• AVM are used to deploy resources

Design Considerations
A dedicated lza folder with azure.yml and infra folder should be created for AKS.
AKS is not yet supported in AI landing Zones. We might want to consider to build a dedicated AKS landing zones composing available AVM AKS modules: https://azure.github.io/Azure-Verified-Modules/indexes/bicep/bicep-pattern-modules
