This PR removes two build job configurations from the PR check-in test pipeline for deprecated OS versions: buildAzureLinuxV2gen2 and buildMarinerV2gen2. Both jobs were building CBL Mariner V2/Azure Linux V2 Gen2 images. The removal reduces CI/CD resource usage during PR validation while keeping the jobs available in the release pipeline for manual builds.
