This PR updates the moby-containerd package version from u1 to u2 (a patch/rebuild increment) for Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 to incorporate CVE fixes from the latest golang compiler. The changes affect the components.json file which is used by both VHD build processes and CSE (Custom Script Extension) provisioning to determine which containerd version to install on AKS nodes.
