Discussed offline. As we can't upgrade go to >1.24 for now because of rp. It seems latest cue doesn't support go <1.24 thus Jane proposed to pin the cue to 0.15.4. IMO, I think it's fine to pin cue. And cue is just used for checking the json schema so it should have less impact.
