Inconsistent casing when AutoGeneratedTemplateFolderPath contains uppercase letters

Describe the bug
When AutoGeneratedTemplateFolderPath contains uppercase letters, auto generated templates end up in two different folders as depicted below

Steps to reproduce

1. Set AutoGeneratedTemplateFolderPath to "./AzState"
   
2. Run AzOps-Pull workflow
