Summary

Update meshStack solution publisherId to match Partner Center configuration, addressing certification report item 300.4.1.1 (Best Practice Tests).

Changes

• SolutionMetadata.json: Updated publisherId from meshcloudgmbh5353994 to meshcloudgmbh1628603483473
• Solution_meshStack.json: Bumped version from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1
• Package/3.0.1.zip: Repackaged mainTemplate.json with updated solutionId and _solutionVersion
