Unable to resize pool using batch labs on mac.

Describe the bug
When trying to resize the pool using batch labs on my mac I get the following error when I try to save the resize change.

Error "poolResizeParameter.resizeTimeout must be a TimeSpan/Duration." occurred in serializing the payload - { "nodeDeallocationOption": "requeue", "resizeTimeout": "PT15M", "targetDedicatedNodes": 0, "targetLowPriorityNodes": 0 }.

I then have to hit close and the pool is not resized

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to pool
2. Change the value for dedicated nodes
3. Click save
4. See error

Expected behavior
Pool is resized
