Enable Keyboard shortcuts for pool/job operations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When there are lots of jobs/pools it would be helpful if a shortcut for selecting all jobs / pools (e.g. ctrl-a) mapping is provided. And it can also extend to deleting a job/pool via delete key as supposed to right click and selecting delete

• Setup new key bindings manager

Implement following commands:

• Delete selection in list(Delete)
• Select all in list (ctrl+A)
