Cannot upload package zip from batch explorer 2.16.1-stable.713

Describe the bug
Cannot upload (update) batch package zip via batch explorer. It shows Unable to extract accountName with provided information. We tried in different devices, same error. But we can upload package via azure portal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Packages'
2. Click on a package.
3. Click on 'Add package'
4. Input Package version
5. Click on 'Select a package'
6. Click on 'Save'
7. See error

Expected behavior
Package upload success with no error
