Uploaded directories are flattened in the storage account

Describe the bug
When a directory is dragged to the file navigator, the contents are flattened.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a Batch account with a storage account with containers\
2. Go to "Data"
3. Click on an existing container
4. Drag a local folder with some files
5. See the files uploaded but the folder itself is ignored

Expected behavior
The directory should appear in the remote location
