Cannot read a blob from a file group with a full path.

Blobs from a "full path" file group cannot be viewed in the file viewer.

E.g.
https://andrew1973.blob.core.windows.net/fgrp-small-full-path/D:/NCJ/small/task2/image4.jpg

update, this appears to be only images in the file viewer, and anything in the "open in application" action.
