Compute Instance LOGS access when creation FAILED

I cannot get logs when Compute Instance provisioning fails. Where the logs are created?

@michalmar Can you please add more details about the SDK version that you are using and min_nodes used for creating the compute instance.
You can view metrics for your clusters (like total nodes, running nodes, total core quota) in Azure Monitor, besides viewing Diagnostic logs for debugging. In addition you can also view currently running or queued runs on your cluster and details such as the IPs of the various nodes on your cluster. You can view these either in the portal or by using corresponding functions in the SDK or CLI.

@ram-msft I am not using any specific SDK - running from latest Workspace (ml.azure.com) in Azure. As per min nodes: set to 0 (zero).
