Updated CLI Descriptions for Palo Alto Network

This pull request updates command and group descriptions for Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW resources in the Azure CLI to provide clearer, more user-friendly documentation. The changes focus on improving the accuracy and consistency of command summaries across firewall and local rulestack resources, making it easier for users to understand what each command does.

Firewall resource documentation improvements:

• All firewall-related command descriptions (create, delete, list, show, update, etc.) have been rewritten for clarity and now consistently reference "Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW on Azure". This includes updates in both individual command files and the main group readme.md. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9]

Firewall status resource documentation improvements:

• Descriptions for status-related commands and groups have been updated for clarity and to use consistent terminology, including the main status group and its default subgroup. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Local rulestack resource documentation improvements:

• Command descriptions for local rulestack operations (commit, create, delete, etc.) have been rewritten to clearly describe their purpose and reference "Palo Alto Networks local rulestack". [1] [2] [3]

Advanced listing commands for local rulestack:

• Descriptions for commands listing advanced security objects, AppIds, countries, and firewalls associated with local rulestacks have been updated for clarity and consistency. [1] [2] [3] [4]

These changes are documentation-only and do not affect the functionality of the CLI commands.s.

This change is only specific to changing the CLi Description for the existing version of CLI commands currently present on learn.microsoft.com. No new CLI commands are added.
